About the Pine Hills Community Association
The Pine Hills Community Association is a general corporation registered in California with the primary purpose "to further the proper development of the Pine Hills subdivision."
The neighborhood association holds an annual meeting in June
at which time members hold elections for the board of directors.
History: Col. Ed Fletcher formed a Pine Hills Association in 1922. He had purchased 3,000-4,000 acres in order to preserve trees. He created our Subdivision.

PHCA engages in the following kinds of activities:
- Maintain liaison with San Diego County to improve roads, signs, safety and other issues affecting Pine Hills
- Provide address posts showing the street number for easy location by emergency services and guests
- Provide Directory Signs upon request
- Provide neighborhood information
- Annual Clean Up Days & Chipping for Fire Prevention
DUES - $20 - Annually (FY July 1 - June 30)
